I’ll ensure you have legitimate previous landlord references, employment verification, Equifax credit check, personal and credit references.
I have leases written in accordance with the “Residential Tenancies Act” that provide rules and rights for both parties. Having a well prepared lease is very important in understanding expectations of every tenancy.
I will collect deposits on your behalf and gather postdated cheques or help with the setup of pre-authorized monthly rental payment or online e-transfers.
I want to make sure your unit is returned to you the same way it was given. I’ll ensure a move-in inspection is completed before keys are exchanged so there is no discrepancy upon move-out. If utilities are NOT included, I’ll also ensure they’ve been transferred correctly.
